1. Go to Office webpage at 'office.com'
2. Click 'Sign in' button
3. Enter 'Email' address and 'Password'
4. Click 'Sign in' button
5. Click 'App Launcher' on the top and click 'Forms'
6. Click on 'New Form' to create Microsoft Form
7. Click 'Untitled form' to edit the title and description
8. The form auto-save, a save indicator is at the top
9. Click 'Quick start with' and you can choose the type of questions that you want to use
10. Fill in required fields for the selection. Available options depends on question chosen
11. Click '+ Add new question' for the next question
12. Once complete, use the toolbar options to preview, add theme or share the form
Preview: Preview the form to see how it looks when viewed on computer or mobile device
Style: Select a color or theme to apply to the form, or upload custom banner image
Collect response: Share the form and choose sharing settings
13. You may choose the audience from the drop down menu.
14. To generate the 'Link', you may click the copy link and share to your audience or you also can choose another option which are directly email to audience and also by QR code.
15. To view the responses, click 'View responses'
