1. Change MFA Method

Step1: Login to 'https://www.office.com' and login as usual

 

 

Step2: Select your avatar in the top right, then select 'View Account'

 

Step3: Under Security info select 'Update info'.

 

 

2. To Add a new account to the Microsoft authenticator app

Step1: Select 'Add sign-in' method

Step2: Select 'Choose a method' and then 'Authenticator app'.

  

Step3: Follow the on-screen instructions, including using your mobile device to scan the QR code, and then select 'Next'. You'll be asked to approve a notification through the Microsoft Authenticator app, to verify your information.

Click Save

3. Delete Your Account or Device From the Microsoft Authenticator App

Step1: On Security Info, click 'Delete' button
