1) My Menu > Manage IT Tech Highlight
2) Click on "New" button
3) Add title and write the article to display to the Tech Highlight
4) After write the article go to the "Publishing" tab
5) Select Category for the article under the Tech Highlight section
6) Click "Save"
7) Message "Article submitted" display
