When 'Password logon no longer possible, too many failed attempts' error message displayed, your accout have been locked.
 
This will happen when user try to login system with wrong username or password more than 7 times.
 
   
 
Do the step at below to submit IT report for unlock user account.
 
Step 1. Login staff portal at 'http://staff.cp-malaysia.com' > 'Manage IT Helpdesk', to submit IT report.
 
 
 
 
Step 2. At 'Manage IT Helpdesk, submit report under 'SAP GUI' category.
 
 
  
Step 3. Make sure screenshoot of login error message have been uploaded. Click Submit. IT Personnel will get back to you after received IT Report.
