  1. Go to ‘Start’ button and search ‘Remote Desktop Connection’.
  2. ‘Remote Desktop Connection’ windows displays.
  3. Enter ‘Computer’ using ’10.200.1.10’.
  4. Click on ‘Connect’ button.
  5. ‘Windows Security’ window displays.
  6. Enter ‘Password’.
  7. Click on ‘OK’ button.
  8. ‘Server’ desktop displays.
  9. Click on ‘Start’ button.
  10. Click on ‘Active Directory Users and Computer’ menu.
  11. ‘Active Directory Users and Computer’ page displays.
  12. Select folder ‘cpmalaysia.com’ > ‘CPMalaysia Application Policy’ > ‘Application Production’.
  13. Select folder that same business company with staff like Agroculture, Aquaculture or MJSB groups.
  14. Select folder ‘Winfeed-Winfarm-Smartsoft Application’.
  15. Select folder that same branch with staff.
  16. Click on ‘New Account’ button.
  17. ‘New Object – User’ window displays.
  18. Fill up required details. For password, please use 'password@1'.

  19. Click on ‘Finish’ button.
  20. Click on ‘Name’ of staff created before.
  21. ‘User Properties’ page displays.
  22. Click on ‘Member Of’ tab.
  23. Add correct group for user by clicking ‘Add’ button.
  24. ‘Select Groups’ window displays.

  25. Type group name and click on ‘OK’ button.
