Case 1: "Firewall authentication faild. Please try again"

This case happen when enter wrong password or login account username had been lock.
 
Solution : Submit report at "Manage IT Incident" under "Network and Internet Connections" catogery.

Case 2: "Sorry, user's concurrent authentication is over limir".

This case happen because there are same username is using and login in another device.
 
Solution : Submit report at "Manage IT Incident" under "Network and Internet Connections" catogery.
