On 1st October, you may have problem in accessing our CP Email account using Microsoft Outlook/Outlook Express. Following are the settings you need to change :

 

1. Key in your password (Use your IC Number/Passport Number)

- When you open Microsoft Outlook/Outlook Express, this window will automatically pop up. Key in your IC Number/Passport Number as your password.

2. Change 'Email Accounts' Setting

- Then, click on 'Tools' > 'E-mail Accounts' > 'Next' on 'Top Menu'. Select your email account and click 'Change'.

- Then, click on 'More Settings...' > 'Outgoing Server' tab.

- Tick 'My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication' check box.
- Tick 'Log on using' radio button and fill in the details.
- Tick 'Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)' check box.
- Click 'OK' > 'Next' > 'Finish' button.

Email

Finally, you can access your email account as usual.
