Step 1: Click 'Start' > 'Devices and printers' > Print server properties'
Step 2: 'Print Server Properties' windows displayed. On Forms tabs, tick ' Creat a new form' checkbox. Give 'Form name' is '9*5.5'. At 'Form description' tick 'English'. Change the value for width = 9.00in and height =5.50in. Click 'OK'
Step 3: Back to 'Devices and printer', right on the according printer and select 'Printer properties'.
Step 4: Properties window displayed.Click 'Device Settin' tab. Select the new form name '9*5.5'. Click 'OK'.
